Anybody have a good reccomendation for a pop stopper?

i use IE i'm not gonna change that, so something that runs as a service or in my tray would be nice.

Use Crazy Browser. Works great for killing pop ups and has tabbed browsing. Same as IE, uses IE actually, but with the features Microsoft left out.
