Anybody has S4 Mini with lollipop? Can I install following firmware?

Here on sammobile I find different models of the S4 Mini which have lollipop, however which one is compatible with the S4 Mini model GT-I9195DKVPHN you see here I wanna buy.

Also, I'm from Belgium and smartphones here are sold unlocked and it's not LTE.

So which firmware should i download with that phone and if it's from a different country can this give problems?

Edit: I forgot to ask if somebody already has lollipop on an S4 Mini.. does it run smoothly since lollipop uses more memory and the Mini has less of it (1,5GB) then the regular S4

I don't have that s4 mini yet.. i want to buy it but want to know if it will get lollipop.

It was first said the s4 mini would not get lollipop cause of mem limitations, but here they say it will.

So has rollout already started for the S4 mini?

It's on the same page as the 5.0 update for the s5 mini(which no one really knows the lollipop status). I just ordered the s5 mini and asus zenfone 2.

The zenfone is impressive but has some big cons for me. I'm hoping the s5 isn't too hard to install 5.0 and i'll probably keep that.

Didn't the S5 mini already get the lollipop update.. they've rolled it out.

But what about S4 Mini?
