I'm actually comparing the 9360 with the 9370, both with Kabe Lake R, and have following questions somebody hopefully can help with:

1. as power cord connector, the 9360 has the classic "barrel" (round) connector which sits firm in the laptop (i have the 9350 with that barrel connetor).. 9370 however powers via usb-c cable.. my question: does the usb-c connector fits equally firm in the laptop? I have the cord always hanging off the table so don't want it to sit loose when plugged in.

2. are the speakers better/worse with the 9370 vs the 9360 and older ones? On the 9370 side speakers look a bit bigger.. not sure

3. much difference in temperature to the touch between both?

4. does 16GB vs 8GB give much improvement for browsing in chrome with many tabs open?

Thanks in advance for all good feedback!!

The 9370 run cooler than the 9360 so if you stress the processor it runs faster. The 9360 has better battery life by a few hours (I forget why - either larger battery or some component uses less energy). The 9360 is last year model and i'm not sure if it will updated; if you wait the 9370 should get the meltdown fixed processor when available. Can't comment on the speaker. 16GB can help with lots of tabs depends what sites and how many tabs.

If you shop around you can get a very good price on the 9360. I found the touch i7 model for $950 @ ms store.
