Might have been a similar one, but I don't think that's EXACTLY it. After some Googling, it seems there are two creators, one being KoL, which is the one the OP wants. According to several threads I've come across, Microsoft asked StudioTwentyEight/KoL to pull his theme from the Internet.

I am in the process of acquiring the theme as we speak, but if anyone finds a URL or wants to host the file...PM me. 😉 I don't really care to get e-mails or threats from Microsoft for hosting it. 😛

EDIT: Yep, I got the latest revision, which is from Nov 20, 2005. 😀

Probably copied and took too many things from the Vista OS. It's Microsoft's property, afterall.

there is a vistaXP msstyles however you wont be getting the trancperancy and glass bar.

Try patching the uxtheme.dll
