i want some performance number of it..?? is it better than i845.. with PC266..??
Wot abt its overclocking capabilities..?? should i prefer over i845E motherboards..??

Some of the best O/C numbers I have seen on these forums are coming from the i845d chipset { look at Thugsrook in here has had his i845d chipset up to a staggering 170FSB}also just because the board is rated pc2100 does not mean you can't use pc2700 in it, whatever you choose goodluck.
