I ordered an emachines Athlon 64 laptop from refurb depot last week, price was about $400 cheaper than bestbuy, even with an extended warranty.
I made the mistake of not checking reseller ratings and epinion before ordering. Big mistake, after reading all the comments i thought i'd made a mistake.
Well 6 days in, the item is still pending, so i thought i'd email them (after the money had been taken off my credit card), and got no responce, so i tried to call them.
They are closed this week for holidays !! Wow i wish i worked for a company that gave everybody the week off !
Has anybody had any experiences with them ?
