Anybody got a radio shack 4 port USB hub?

I just bought one of these and replaced my old "no-name" brand one. All of a sudden my mouse doesn't work from time to time. It just stops totally. I have to un plug and replug. Anyone have similar problems? \
I know some radio shack stuff isn't top quality but I figured even they couldn't screw up a usb hub.
