Because I would rather pay 20-something for the extended editions when they come out rather than wait for the Ultra-Super-Mega-L33T version for 100+ that will only have some added documentaries and maybe a few action figures.

sweet alll the review online have been sweet, dvdtalk.com etc i didn't buy the original ttt release because that one had sh*t for special features, this one has a ton of cg rendered for the extra scenes, and supposedly the extra scenes make for a better movie not to mention its spanned over two discs, high bitrate
