Anybody get their teeth whitened at a dentists office??

My dentist suggested teh Zoom system for me @ $250.
Its reasonable but I am wondering what everyone has done. My teeth are NOT as white i would like to be, you know those really white ones you see on certain people. Compared to them mine are yellowish.. i do get it cleaned very 6 months.. and it whitens up a bit after that but not like you would think.

I've done the bleaching trays (not really bleach) and it makes a noticeable difference. It takes a couple weeks at most but you will see a big improvement. The only downside is your teeth might be a bit more sensitive during the process...and it takes a bit longer.

i just got a bleach from my dentist and it cost me $149. he told me that i only have to bleach them once, then after i do that, i only have to polish them to remove stains.

Aquafresh whitening + Sonicare tooth brush. My teeth are bright white and I don't have a spec of tartar. Best toothpaste+toothbrush ever.

My dentist told me to just get the Colgate whitening strips at like Walmart because it's basically the same at less the cost.
