Anybody get Netmeeting to work with ICS?

Anyone get it working? I'm having trouble getting it working because you can't use your own IP.

A friend of mine got it working. We used MS Messenger for the initial connection. Sometimes he could not initiate the call but I could. MS Knowledgebase has quite a few articles about this.
