I'm in Baltimore County here...
As long as you're not in the city, you SHOULD be able to pick up Comcast @Home cable. It costs $40 a month with free installation(if you use a referral name). That $40 includes renting the modem, and only if you subscribe to Comcast cable..otherwise it'll be 10 bucks cheaper. They have some special how that for the first 3 months or so you get it for 12 bucks a month, but don't quote me on the timeframe
