this is a long shot but i thought i would give it a try. i ordered a v60g back on the 14th with 2 day shipping, and it still has yet to ship, even though they never told me it was backordered or out of stock. well i'm tired of waiting and have actually found a better deal for a phone and plan, so i want to cancel my order. but the thing is, it says its in the "shipping soon" phase, saying that they can't change the status of the order anymore, even though i know they haven't shipped it yet because the scheduled delivery date is the 28th-3rd, and today is only the 24th. i wish i could call and cancel but they don't seem to have a phone # to call. i've e-mailed 3 times already and i have yet to get a response. i'm preparing for the them to send the phone. i want to know if i'll be able to return the phone and get a full refund, even though i technically signed up with a contract with t-mobile. i want to know if they'll take back the phone and cancel the contract, even though i haven't used a single minute.
