Anybody ever have experience with Canadapost Express

I recently made a purchase from NCIX. I wish they actually had Fedex or UPS as an option, but they didnt allow me to choose from that. But that's not the point. I live in the northeastern part of the U.S. My item shipped out yesterday, and I was able to keep track of it. However, today I find myself unable to track the order anymore from Canadapost. It seems like they hav no record of it. I don't know if they lost my package or something, or I'm worrying too much. Does anybody have any experience having this delviering company?
 
nope..I use their Express Shipping option (I live in Canada), ships frmo Vancouver to Montreal in 14 hrs. That's ~4000 miles.
