Anybody ever dealt with a rebate with Syntax?

I just called them up, and suprisingly didn't have to wait long, and the guy had somewhat of a clue of what was going on, as opposed to TigerDirect, whom I had to call to get their number. Before I called, I knew it was going to be aggrivating- it was a rebate call, after all. I went into the call prepared to drop the L-word. Lawsuit. :D luckily it didn't come to that. After about 10 minutes of him trying different address combinations, he found my entry. I had printed my address and name very carefully- yet somehow, a 6 became a 0, and 'Homeward' became 'Home Warp'. Who in the heck was a street called 'Home Warp'? I swear, they tell the people to screw up addresses on purpose just so they can pay out less rebate money. The guy corrected the entry, and said I would get a check within 4 weeks... even though it's a month late already. Oh well, at least I know something of what's going on now.

Anybody else dealt with Syntax before? Any horror stories, or suggestions?
