If I bought my folks a Dell, I'd hear bvtching every day about how they cannot understand the people at Dell India and how the on-site tech erased everything. I'd have to support them anyway. So I just build them machines.

Whether or not the accents are understandable is not the point, the point is that the jobs were outsourced.
