It seems that any time I try to delete 2 items from my online inventory using ftp login, the site crashes and I can't access it for hours.

Happened to me last night and again this morning. Is there an ftp rule about manipulating one item at a time? So, at the moment my pictures on my eBay auction are unavailable.

Anyone have a similar experience?
 
set your ftp client to use only one thread. It's probably locking you out for 'hammering' it. In other words trying to use more than one connection simutaneously.
 
I had the same problem last night, and this morning.

I just assumed it was because I'm using a new FTP Program (FileZilla) instead of my other program (SmartFTP.) So, I just thought I had to change something in the settings, or something like that.

But the funny thing is....I never even tried to hit my site directly 😱

So, I'll check it out later on tonite to see if I can FTP now. (My site is up now.)
