Anybody else having subscriber renewal problems?

I miss my fast connection!
For some reason even though I renewed before expiration, I am still unsubscribed, and am not getting any resolution or answer from subscriber@anandtech.com.
Any suggestions? I want my fast-forum fix!!

I haven't had to renew yet since I signed up for 1 year on 11/1/01 but it's coming up.
