i just bought an ipod off the fs/ft forum and had him ship it ups 3-day. that was on the 18th the tracking now shows a rescheduled delivery date of the 25th? what the heck is up with that? UPS is the slowest freaking shipping company i've ever used. i'm going back to fedex from now on. if i called up and complained do you think i'd get a refund?

Brown helps me get my packages where they need to go.

What can Brown do for you?

I've always had good experiences with ups. I track them on the website and know exactly when to expect them, and they've always shown up.

no i sound like someone who paid for a service and then didn't get it. i paid twice as much for 3 day shipping than i would have paid for ground and i think its unacceptable that it takes them 7days to deliver a package sent with 3 day shipping. the item being shipped is irrelevant, the fact that i paid them to do a job in 3 days and 5 days later that job isn't done is what the issue is.

You can call and get a refund. It beats the RMA hard drive I sent to Western Digital that arrived there with no drive in it.

Yet you're here bitching about it to people that basically couldnt care less. Your precious ipod hasn't arrived and you're steamed, boo hoo. Where's my cabbage patch doll?

i'm not all that upset about not haveing the ipod. what i am upset about is that i paid $20 and it ended up takeing the same amount of time as the $8 ground. and now i'm trying to decide if it's even worth calling them over. and if you couldnt care less then why did you come back and read my reply? and then after wasteing your own time reading about something you don't care about why did you then waste more of your time replying to a thread that you couldnt care less about? just because a coment is posted about one of your post doesn't mean you have to respond. and personaly i'd like it alot if you wouldn't. anyway...

so since i didn't ship the package myself would i still get a refund? i paid for the shipping but the guy sending it to me obviously is the one who went to the office and handed them the money.

Is $20 worth an hour of your time? Probably so.Call them. UPS may be able to refund everything. Whoever sold you it (I didnt read the original message) probably couldn't care less.

Recently a couple of my packages were scheduled to arrive on a certain day. Then they got rescheduled a couple of days later. What's up with that? I always thought that the shipper (not the shippee) got the credit if it was late.
