Anybody Else had trouble with a RMA from Intel?

I was just wondering because they have had my DOA 550E for about six weeks. I have made multiple calls to customer service with no help. They keep telling me: "It's in the warehouse and is out of our hands now." If this is a production issue shouldn't they just send somthing they have ? I called for the first time in 2 weeks yestersay and got a CSR that told me I should Calm down and maybe go have a drink...WTF!? I paid for this processor and it went bad and I want a new one...It just seems like they don't care about one customer..I would appreciate any experiances u guys can provide me with..Or is this just me?
