Anybody else getting lagging thread updates?

I am subscribed to some threads and I get updates via email. For some reason, this past week I've been getting exteremly lagging updates. For example, I just got an email regarding a thread that was posted four hours ago. Is anybody else seeing this problem, or am I the only one?
 
Yeah, I noticed it earlier though I guess it could be my ISP. I only got 20 subscription e-mails overnight, and I had way more replies that than. Some of the threads I checked had almost 20 replies.
