Anybody else finding driver 17.7.2 terrible? (FIXED)

Buggy YouTube playback with GPU acceleration enabled.

I have not updated my AMD rigs to them yet. Are these considered WHQL or beta?

On older driver i get solid 99% GPU usage and no artifacts.. this is the latest one.

I completely fixed the problem, it turns out installing Relive causes teh major problems, i uninstalled with DDU, then installed the driver again but this time without relive.. and GTA V runs flawless, 67-90FPS (MSAA off)

I never needed and trusted relive. I never bother to install it. I always use the custom install to prevent relive from being installed.
