Anybody buy from ATACOM.COM? Anybody order a X800GTO2 from them?

I ordered from them Monday (10th) night and I still haven't got any email confirmation from them. (you can't check your status without an order number)

I bought the PCIe X800GTO2 there because it was the cheapest around.

Does it normally take this long?

UPDATE:

Called this morning and was impressed. Got someone on the phone in less than 1 minute (they had only been open 1 minute at the time) and he gave me an order number. He said he shows the order was shipped tuesday but could not find the tracking. He volunteered to call me back when the shipping dept arrives. So far so good!

UPDATE # 2
The guy at Atacom just called me back. (13th)He said that it did NOT ship out tuesday because someone at the last minute realized that the vendor shipped them the AGP veriosn NOT the PCI-e. He told me that the next shippment should be in on the 18TH.

I figure I will wait until then. If ZZF or newegg don't get them in first.

Called again on 10/19. Guy says the card still hasn't shipped. Has no idea when I might get it. Says maybe next week. I cancel my order and get a 6800GT from the forum. Never got a SINGLE email.

I've ordered from them a bunch of times. But since I live here in the bay area, I usually just go and pick up my order from them in Fremont.

Yeah, that is my next step. I emailed them tuesday. No response to that either.

the chip i got could do 504 at undervoltage.

It's all good. It taught me a lesson to never go for bottom dollar vendors on Pricewatch anymore. This was my first homebuilt so I had parts coming from Atacom, Egghead, Buy.com Crucial. I was not aware of the one stop computer shop like Mwave then.

I ordered the same card last Thursday. It's scheduled for delivery tomorrow.

I've ordered from them a LONG time ago. They aren't slow per say, they just never send out any form of confirmation that they shipped. Which leaves you in the dark.

I ordered from them last week. Stii havent heard a a word from them. I saw in another thread that some people received their card without ever getting an email. I'm giving them until tommorrow.
