Anybody bought cell phones from Amazon.com before?

I?m looking to buy two BB Curve 8320 from tmobile. Amazon has the best prices right now at $-99.99 (negative) a piece after rebate. Amazon makes me tack on a data plan to each line but I plan on getting the $20 plan and my wife will get the $10 email plan. I have a couple of questions maybe you guys can help me with. Does amazon let me port my two numbers from Verizon? Can I remove the data plans (at least for my wife?s line) after the 6 month of maintaining the account?

From tomobile experience, the data plans aren't part of the contract and you should be able to adjust those at will, depending on what the rebate from amazon says.

When I bought my set of phones from amazon they came with numbers and once I got them in the mail they were switched to local numbers. If they do the same still should be able to contact the carrier about carrying yours forward.

I bought my k790a through Amazon. However, I wasn't going through a contract and what not. Just wanted the phone.

I bought my N95 on Amazon, no contract though. Porting the number is up to the service you're signing up with.
