I have a small program that (hopefully) converts MPEG4 files between various formats but it's from Sharp in Japan and it's in Japanese. It's a little tiny program but I'm having a hard time understanding how it works--since I neither speak nor read Japanese...
So, I was wondering if any of you Japanese speakers have a Japanese version of Windows installed and would be willing to spend a few minutes helping me? If I post a zip file (~2MB) on a web server can someone download it, install it and tell me how to use this program?
