Received my Zotac AMP GTX 1080 on Friday and absolutely love the performance of the card, of course I have a couple of issues (Which I did fix one)
TIM was poorly applied which caused the temps spike to 80c at 75% fan speed. Applied some MX4 and how they top out at ~75c at 55% fan speed. Much better
The annoying issue I have is the default freeze fan profile and wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing some odd pulsing of the fans when the card cools down. It will pulse on and off for about a good 10 minutes until the fans stop completely. I currently override this pulsing issue through a custom curve in afterburner which stops the fans without pulsing. On the default profile, this can't be good for the fans over a long span of time and seeing if anyone else have this issue.
