Any Zone Alarm Pro users... I need some help ???

I use Download Accelarator Plus 4 with Zone Alarm Pro and it's not working to well. Zone Alarm constantly blocks all the ports that Dap 4 needs to download at any FTP site. I finally open TCP ports 3000-4000 to get Dap 4 to operate at normal speed. I'm right now trying to download beOs from ftp.be.com and all I was getting before was alerts that it "block data access to ftp.be.com". Anybody using dap 4 with Zone Alarm Pro know how to set it up right ????
