Come highly rated. They are a bit high, but it is hard to find good solid wood items. We want to replace our behemoth monolith armoire.

Most furniture stores around here have crap...or they are all oak and look like they were made for aunt betsy.

Have you priced out any Salamander Synergy racks? That Furnitech one looks similar and both brands seem to be fairly expensive. Plus, the Salamander designs allow you to build exactly what you need.

Yep. JSP makes some great stuff too. If you want something a little cheaper, check out Bello.

It's been a long time since I've sold that stuff, so I might be wrong. I thought that you'd be able to get close - particularly with dealers so willing to negotiate these days. The markup on Salamander stuff is delicious

chunks, take some time, and build something yourself. Put it in a corner, and hang the flat screen on the wall. You will have more appreciation for it, it will look great, and you will love it vs buying someones junk idea that doesnt do exactly what you want or look how you want. Thats what I am doing. I just have to get my LCD.

I have some studio tech furniture and it is great. (about the same price range you are looking at). It also gives plenty of options (even rack mounting)
