They just took all 4 boards down. They had lowered the UD5 board to $199 prior to removing it.

I am split between MSI Z77A GD80 and Gigabyte Z77A UD5H to couple with a 3770k. Need some reviews to decide btw the two, both would probably be very close with the Gigabyte being a bit more expensive (but as long as the difference isn't more than $50 or so it doesn't matter to me), just need multiple detailed reviews before taking the shot 🙂
