Any word on the next gen Kepler graphics?

Denied.

Nothing before the fall, at the very earliest for both camps. Though probably winter.

So that could mean that the Mac mini and 13" retina MacBook Pro will be out before the 15" retina MacBook Pro and iMac. Interesting.

So what are the thoughts on the 740M and up?

I believe there's one new chip in the mix, that's half the size of GK107. Other than that, it's all rebrands.

Given that they have now "wasted" the 700-series the same way they did for the 300-series, I wonder if they will rebrand all the desktop cards into the 700-series too. If yes, we might see a little bit higher clocks as manufacturing matures.

Probably not. The 300 series was an OEM line, so it was mostly in laptops and prebuilt computers. You won't likely see them sold retail.

The 750M is probably a 650M sold in retail with a higher number so people feel like the computer they buy now is better than the one they bought last year.

Not quite. It is more like, people who waited for the "7xx" cards will now upgrade. At the end of a given model's life cycle, you need to "refresh" it somehow to bring on those who were "waiting" for the next gen since it was just around the corner.

So the 750M for example will not be say a 30% improvement over the 650M?

It depends on the application. NVIDIA claims that GT 750M is up to 75% faster than GT 650M in Crysis 2: http://www.geforce.com/hardware/notebook-gpus/geforce-gt-750m/description , but that is likely a best case scenario, and it is unknown how they were able to achieve such a large performance boost. Given improvements to hardware and software on GT 750M, and given improvements to GPU clock operating frequencies on GT 750M, it wouldn't be too surprising to see 25-30%+ performance improvement in GT 750M relative to GT 650M. Performance per watt should also be better with GT 750M relative to GT 650M. We will have to wait for more extensive performance and power testing to know for sure.

There are rumors of the GTX 700 series, using GK204, to be released this August. I certainly hope it's true; it would be a perfect item for those upgrading to Haswell this summer. I certainly count myself among those upgrading to Haswell.

Then again, it could be the cut-down Titan LE. Who knows.

When you demand answers, you need to do what needs to be done. I got my answers.

Hopefully, there may be additional answers based on what will nVidia do?

Some 7XXX series may be the next generation Maxwell architecture?

Some 7XXX series may be renamed?

Some 7XXX series may be new Kepler derivatives like the GK-114 or others?

Is AMD gaining market share based on competitive dollar value, bundle value, performance value and gaining traction with Gaming Evolved?

And if AMD is how does this effect nVidia's strategies?

That's fine by me. Mobile graphics are what interest me the most hence the creation of this thread.
