Any Wiki gurus here?

I use MediaWiki and like it a lot.

Be prepared to have your wikis continually spammed. There's getting to ba a lot of tools out there to help you deal with it so you might want to install them from the get go. The SpamBlacklist extension and spam cleanup extension are nice to have, and I'm about to start using the bad-behaviour spambot blocking extension.

Ahhh man, that looks like more work than it is worth. I don't enjoy moderating as a hobby, I guess I'll stick with my own little webpage 😛

The easy solution there is to either find someone else to moderate for you, or disable signups and only let certain people edit. If anyone can edit you can be assured that the spammers will be.
