Any websites that let you plug in the options you want in a cellphone, then list phones that meet those criteria?

My old one broke today, and my new one isn't doing everything it is supposed to. AT&T doesn't officially arrive here until January 1st, the only product that is available of theirs right now is the iPhone, and it is not living up to their promises.

I am thinking about buying an unlocked phone to put on their network, instead.
