I'm looking to buy a home weather station in the next couple of weeks, and can't decide between digital or analog (classic) instruments. The digital ones are easy to find and the prices aren't so bad, whereas the analog ones I've seen (they are harder to find so far) are more expensive.

Do any of you have knowledge or experience with weather instruments? Are the digital ones decently accurate?

I actually had a weather balloon once. It was uninflated, but it was a weather balloon....sadly I lost it when my mom decided to pack my stuff because we were 'moving', which happened a year or two later...after I'd gone to live with my dad 😛
