Any way to upscale flash video?

Is there a way to force an upscaling of flash video? Kind of like what the PS3 does to a DVD? Ideally it'd be on the fly and would work whether I'm on youtube, any other website (like hulu), or if I'm using FLVplayer.

Not really an upscale but you can try MPC-HC. Open an .flv using MPC-HC, and right-click on the screen -> Shaders. It lets you do some post-processing kind of tweaks.

Edit: Obviously it isn't on-the-fly. Local files only.
