any way to undo "shift+delete" in outlook?

so i went to permenantly delete some spam in my 'inbox' but i must have hit a key by accident and it did an inverse select, deleting everything i wanted to keep. undo is not working and i dont run go-back. last system restore point is too old to help.

what the hell do i do?
