Any way to un-bloat iOS? (Jailbroken)

I'm still running a 4s with it's 0.5Gb of RAM. It hovers from 40-150MB free no matter what I do. (Even with a kill-all and reboot) Are there any programs that will optimize iOS in the jailbreak community?

What exactly is the problem with something using RAM? It is there to be used. Constantly having 250mb of free RAM is a waste of RAM if it is impacting performance. When you open a program, are you having performance issues due to lack of RAM? I doubt it.

I'm having excessive app (and webpage) unloading. I'd like to have enough RAM to keep the first 3 apps open at least.
