Any way to transmit DirecTV signal to another room?

Friend of mine just bought a new house and has a TV mounted above the fireplace in the living room. This is an exterior wall so there is no way to run wires through the wall and keep the box in an adjacent room so we are trying to figure out ways to get rid of the wires but still have full functionality on the TV.

So I'm basically just looking for ideas on how to have the box set up in another room but retain full functionality/good picture in the living room. I suppose he could find the connector box for all of the cable wires and route them so that the one in the living room is directly connected to whichever room he chooses to place the box but if there are any other ideas i would love to hear them.

Found something made by Terk that basically acts as a wireless transmitter. May just tell him to give that a shot and see how it works out.
