Any way to track down home phone from cell #?

Hey all,

Trying to track down a home phone # from a cell phone #?

I have a cell # and an name/address, but none of the phone searches are giving me results... the address searches aren't coming up with a real phone # either...

well, if you worked for the cell phone company, had access to their database, AND the customer actually had an alternate contact number on file with them, then you could get the home phone number

well if they have a cell who says they have a home phone? having one doesn't necessarily mean they have the other. Also they dont have to publish their home phone...

Not stalking, but getting pi&&sed.

Bought some stuff off of ebay from a guy (who I now think is a kid). He's since stopped answering emails and messages left on his cell phone. Insured USPS delivery is over a week late now and I'm starting to wonder whether he actually shipped it or not (since he's no longer responding to emails/messages). Wanted to find his home phone # and have his parents kick his a&& into gear.

Not ready for the police yet - it's only a week late. I don't even think he's intending on ripping me off - my guess at this point is that he's being lazy about shipping it.
