Any way to test video card RAM? i think mine is bad....

I have and old AIW radeon which does some really wierd stuff every now and then, veritcal lines through everything, weird elongated octagons etc, i think the RAM might be corrupt... is that possible? is there a program that could tell me? Thanks in advance...
