No, I'm not some serial killer. Got a suspicious looking stain at the house, hard to tell if it is blood or not. I've heard Hydrogen Peroxide may do it but not sure if that would work on an older stain?
What is the goal here? Is this something you need to make sure is cleaned so that the FBI can't identify it as blood or are you just cleaning and want to make sure you get all of whatever this is cleaned off of whatever surface is stained?
Can't, it's in a corner of the house itself in the carpet. So i take it that since i can't remove it for hell, it probably is blood. Didn't realise it was so hard to remove.

Probably just from some decomposed body buried beneath the floor boards. Happens all the time.

Is that like oxyclean?Enzyme based laundry detergent is your friend.

Good to know. Just in case....Nope...Enzyme based cleaners are what the "clean up" people use all the time.
Luminol and black lights work well to find blood...(among other things).
Haven't tried that but I'll put it on the costco list. Sweat, stains, plus whatever a 14 y.o. gets on his clothes, I'd like to eliminate in the wash.Arm and Hammer works better.
The secret is to saturate the stain and let stand for 15 minutes.Good to know. Just in case....
