Any way to simultaneously write to two drives?

I have one 80gb and a 40gb I use to backup stuff I wanna keep. Lets say I put an mp3 in the 80gb drive's MP3 folder.. is there any way to automatically write it to the 40gb's MP3 folder, or do I have to do it manually? Any programs out there that'll do that for me? I don't wanna do RAID since my two drives aren't alike, and the backup is kinda slow.

Try the Software forum ... I know there's programs that do it. You could just schedule a backup.
