Any way to save streaming media files to your computer?

Hey guys, I dont know if this has been posted before, but...

Is there any way to save streaming windows media files to your computer?

there was a program that could it called Streambox VCR. It saved streaming media including windows media and real player stuff. The company was sued, and they stopped making the software, but you can probably find it if you look hard enough.

i use a program called "ASF Recorder," but i don't remember where i got it...

Get Total Recorder, it should suffice for all types of streaming media

There is ASF Recorder for .asf files. Do a websearch and you will find it easily.

There is also Streambox VCR for everything else. Streambox is hard to find.

Here is a link to a Streambox forum. Someone there will tell you where to get it.
