Any way to retrieve an INCREDIBLY important file i just lost?

Alright, i just accidently deleted something INCREDIBLY important. I could have sworn i backed it up, but for some reason, i can no longer find the backup copy. I can't explain how incredibly important this file was. I MUST retrieve it. And i know there is a way to retrieve files that were deleted from the recycle bin. So what software do i use?

yes there is. The file is still there. You need to use an undelete program. I am not sure of the names of the software though.

DO NOT DEFRAG before you get it back, and also, try to write to the HD as little as possible.

They have a demo you can download that lets you see what files it can recover to make sure it can do what you need it to. You can then buy the software to actually recover it.
