hi
i finally got my network running solidly after a complete reinstall / reformat of my server computer. Since then i think it got a virus or something because now i cannot get it to acquire an IP address. I have tried everything i can think but nothing works. I really don't want to reinstall windows again. i was wonderin if there is some general way to start from scratch, networking wise? I have treid to disable then enable tcp/ip settings but that didn't work.

Not sure if this is what you want, but it will reset the TCP/IP stack back to the default setting:

netsh int ip reset log.txt
