hey i have this one acura rsx gif image, i want to use as my buddy i con for aim, but its larger than 7186 bytes, how can i resize it ?
 
Any photo software can resize an image. The XP Powertoy and Irfanview are both free or you can get free trials of PAint Shop Pro or Photoshop or something.
