Dreaming is good... you don't want to get rid of it. If a certain dream is bothering you, maybe you need to analyze that aspect.

Thanks for the tips. I try and avoid caffine, might drink a beer or two. I exercise and get sun.

It seems to be a new thing, happened again last night. I guess it may have coincided with the job I started a few weeks ago. 3rd party collections. They aren't bad dreams I just dream about being busy and working quickly and I think that "stresses" me enough to wake me up.

rather than reduce your dreams, try to control them. start writing in a journal before you go to sleep. get out all the anxiety. start repeating to yourself, verbally and each night before sleeping, your desires to motorboat jennifer love hewitt's lovely melons.

pretty soon, you will own your dreams, and be the better for it.
