any way to record e-learning?

is there any way to record e-learning sessions?
i log into a website. i see slides on the left. on the right looks like a presentation with vocal...someone is reading, teaching the lesson.
there are over 30 hours and it would be nice if i can have it in mp3 format and put onto the phone so i can listen anywhere instead of being tied to the desk.
any ideas besides having it played n then i manually record with a mic? damn, that would sucks, reminds me of the cassette tapes days!!!

I've used camtasia for this type of thing, but it isn't free, or cheap. Since you only want audio, there certainly would be a cheaper option but I don't know.

try the Firefox add-on "Download them all"

It'll capture both static and streaming stuff. Simple as pie.
