Any way to read files from a Mac Filesystem, to my new windows computer?

I have two external hard drives, a 160usb and a 200firewire, and since my school made us buy macs, i figured since it was a top of the line powerbook g4 laptop that i could survive with a mac. Of course, 10 weeks later, I have bought a nice windows system since i couldnt live without games and such. Now both my hard drives are mac os file system. Is there any way that i can do something so that i can read the files on the mac and convert it or something?

Transfer them with a network cable.
