Any way to prioritize traffic on a netgear RM356 router?

I'm getting fed up with attempting to play tribes on the dialup network I've got setup here, only to have someone jump on the internet and lag me all to hell. Now, I could just go and unplug them from the hub, and I've done that, except they're getting wise to me and plugging themselves back in. Is there any way to set a priority on the netgear router so UDP packets to the tribes ports take priority over EVERY other kind of traffic?
