any way to partition an ipod?

is it possible to partition an ipod and create a partition thats mac-formatted while the rest of it is PC formatted?

Now I don't own or want to own one so take this for what it is worth-

Do you think apple would make it to where you could easily cheat them out of some money, I doubt it.
Prolly have some kind of protection scheme internally.

Why in god's name would you want to do that? Once an iPod is formatted for Windows, Mac and Windows can read it with zero problems. YOu can also fool Windows to read a Mac formatted iPod by killing the iTunes Helper App.
