Any way to overclock/underclock an AMD XP in Windows?

As my title says I'm looking for any tools to change the clock of my AMD XP while in windows. Currently, my computer produces way too much heat such as it makes my room uncomfortably hot rather quickly.

I know something like this should be possible as the nforce 2 tuner tool changes the fsb when it tries to optimise your system. Something like that would be fine (I don't need to necessarily change the multiplier). Howevere, idlying I'd liek to change the CPU voltage as well.

Setup is Abit nf7-S Ver2
2500XP --> 3200 XP at 1.75V

This version of Clock Gen by CPU ID, allows you to raise and decrease the FSB, and AGP frequencies within Windows, i think it will also allow you to raise or decrease the multi but am not sure on that.. anyways this software is what you are looking for.
